Wedding FAQ

How do we reserve you for our wedding?

The first step is to contact me and inquire if your wedding date is available. If I am available, a contract must be signed and 25% deposit paid in order to reserve Light of Mine Photography on your wedding day.

Can we meet you and see more samples?

I am happy to meet you and show samples of my previous work at no cost! My goal is for you to know what to expect and answer all your wedding day questions.

How much is a 2nd shooter and what about video?

Many people want the option of a 2nd photographer at their wedding. This increases the photo coverage of your big day. Cost of a 2nd shooter is $50 per hour.  I have 3 different photographers who have assisted me at weddings, so most dates can be accommodated.

We do not offer video, but do know of videographers that we can recommend to you.

What about small weddings?

On occasion, couples want a smaller wedding and don't want to pay the same cost as those with a full wedding day celebration. Talk to me about your photography goals and I will do my best to give a fair price for services.

When will wedding pictures be available?

As a rule, I ask wedding clients to expect a 3 week wait for pictures to be edited and their gallery be put online. A rush fee of $50 can be submitted and pictures will be completed in 5-7 days.

How far will you travel?

While my schedule does not allow for a lot of travel, talk to me and see what we can work out. Depending on the distance, expect additional mileage and hotel fees to be applied.
